Raising the next generation of leaders from University communities across Africa through leadership and faith.

Overview

The campus outreach is an arm of The Debola Ajayi Foundation, focused on youth development towards nation-building and economic transformation through faith-based leadership programs.

Currently launching in 5 major universities: OAU, LASU, UNILAG, FUTA and UI, the program aims to produce leaders annually who are equipped for problem-solving and nation building.

6 months per cycle, twice a year
2 hours weekly (1 hr virtual, 1 hr in-person)
Target: 400 students per university

Program Goals

  • Create a platform for young people to develop essential life skills
  • Create a pipeline of transformative leaders
  • Create a network of problem solvers immersed in comprehensive development
  • Transform young people into mission-driven leaders through faith in Christ Jesus

Program Phases

Phase 1: Learning & Development

A 6-month training curriculum engaging 40 leaders to discover the best 20 through monthly learning sessions, simulation exercises, and mentorship.

Active leadership initiative focused on increasing capacity through community development, engagement, and coaching with assigned mentors.
