Debola Ajayi is a Visioner, Seasoned Strategist, expert Business Developer, and co-founder of 4 different companies operating across Nigeria, Kenya, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

• Director of the Creative Enterprise Hub, established by Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo, a tech incubator designed to support businesses across Africa. Over $30,000 was awarded to the first cohort of businesses in this initiative
• Manager of The Cuppy Foundation, where he managed and executed over £10 million in philanthropy budgets for global philanthropist Mr. Femi Otedola

Debola is an Advocate with the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) in support of UNESCO’s Global Action Programme on Education for Sustainable Development, with a unique focus on the SDGs and the Paris Climate Change Agreement. He is also a Fellow with The Inspire Africa Entrepreneurship Institute, a joint program by the U.S. Consulate, Lagos, and the Dickey Center, U.S.A.

Olumide Ojeleye is a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He bags other proficiency certifications in Management Consulting and Non-Profit Leadership and Management.

Olumide has been trained at the Daystar Leadership Academy (Basic and Advanced Leadership Programs), Lagos Business School, Case Western Reserve University, Ohio and Western Washington University. He is a member of the International Professional Managers Association - UK.

His leadership journey began at the age of 12 and by 16, he had been fully involved in evangelical work, church planting and missions, co-planting and establishing several churches.

In 2011, he began his pastoral journey leading youth initiatives and intercessory interventions across all geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

In the corporate level, he has worked across Sectors such as Advertising, ICT, Architecture, Law, Business Consulting and the Nonprofit. He is a certified Life Coach and Therapist with a rare blend of knowledge, skill and experience in Neuroscience, Life Coaching, General Human Psychology, Art Directing, Training, eLearning, Content Creation, Business Development, Strategy and Execution, Consulting for both faith based organisations and enterprises.

Olumide sees it as his assignment in life to serve as a ray of light and a beacon of hope to all that he has the opportunity to impact, by helping them to discover and fulfil their God-given purposes.

He currently serves as the pastor in charge at HOLYGHOST CHRISTIAN CENTRE global HQ, Lagos. He is an author, a conference speaker and is happily married with two adorable daughters.
